Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (NASDAQ: TSEM, TASE: TSEM), its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary Jazz Semiconductor, Inc. and its wholly owned Japanese subsidiary TowerJazz Japan, Ltd., operate collectively under the brand name TowerJazz, the global specialty foundry leader.

TowerJazz manufactures integrated circuits with geometries ranging from 1.0 to 0.13-micron, offering a broad range of customizable process technologies for more than 300 customers worldwide in various markets including RF, high-performance analog, power, imaging, consumer, automotive, medical, and industrial as well as aerospace and defense.

For global capacity assurance, TowerJazz currently operates seven manufacturing facilities in three geographic regions: two fabs (150mm and 200mm) located in Migdal Haemek, Israel, one fab (200mm) located in Newport Beach, California, USA one fab (200mm) located in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and three additional facilities (two 200mm and one 300mm) in Japan through TowerJazz Panasonic Semiconductor Company (TPSCo).
