The FL7701 Smart Non-isolated Buck LED Driver with power factor correction (PFC) received a Best Innovation Product of the Year Award in the highly competitive LED Driver category. The award was based on both the views of industry experts and online voting. The award was presented to Fairchild at the EEPW Power Products Awards event ceremony, held on 25 May in Shenzhen.

FAB2200: Fairchild Semiconductor® Receives Best Product Award from China's AET Magazine for FAB2200 Audio Subsystem

Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), a leading global supplier of high performance power and mobile products, has received a Best Product Award from Application of Electronic Technique (AET), a leading journal for the electronics industry in China. The award, made in the Analog Devices category, was for Fairchild's FAB2200, an audio subsystem with stereo Class-G headphone amplifier and 1.2W Class-D mono speaker amplifier.

The winners of this year's awards were selected by the readers of AET. AET has some 200, 000 registered readers, and voting took place over a three-month period, both in print and online.

This is the seventh time Fairchild has received this prestigious award, after submitting its FAN5400 USB-Compliant Li-Ion Battery Switching Charger for consideration by the panel of judges.

Fairchild Semiconductor has received a prestigious award for innovation from Electronic Engineering and Product World (EEPW), one of China's key electronics design publications, in the magazine's annual Power Products Awards.

The FAN5362 received a Best Innovation Product of the Year Award 2011 in the highly competitive DC-DC Conversion category. The award was presented to Fairchild at the EEPW Power Products Awards event ceremony, held on 18 May in Shenzhen.
